MacDonnell Appraisals is my go to for appraisal questions. Drew is extremely busy and growing his team but has taken the time to help me numerous times with how certain things affect home values. Highly recommend, he knows his stuff.

Hands down best appraiser in the region (if not the country) regarding the level of service and hospitality they're willing to show their clients and community! When Mr. Andrew MacDonnell came to appraise my house, I not only learned about him, but I also learned about things that I didn’t know before the appraisal. In other words, I learned a lot the day that he came to my house. He asked me a lot of questions. I answered them, he also gave his recommendations to what may happen after the appraisal is completed and sent on. If I had any questions later, after seeing the final appraisal, he was more than helpful and assisted me in anyway possible.
